Where we deliver

We deliver island-wide in Sri Lanka by courier, to the address you give at checkout.

Delivery charges

Rs. 500 per order.
Free delivery on orders over Rs. 25,000.

The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.

When your order arrives

We confirm every order by phone, WhatsApp or email. In-stock items are usually ready to send within 2–4 working days of confirmation; the courier then normally delivers within 1–3 working days, depending on your area. We will tell you if an item will take longer.

Cash on delivery

You can pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. For high-value orders we may ask for a part payment in advance; we will contact you before sending.

When you receive your order

Please check that the package is sealed and undamaged before you accept it.
If the package is damaged, or something is missing or wrong, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can sort it out with the courier.
