Payments
Card payments are processed by our payment provider on its secure page. We never see or store your card number or security code. We only receive confirmation of whether a payment succeeded.

- To process, deliver and support your orders, warranty claims and returns.

- To keep our website secure and prevent fraud.
- To send newsletters, only if you subscribe. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Only with the services needed to complete your order – the courier that delivers it and the payment provider that processes your payment – and where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.

We use essential cookies to keep your cart, sign you in and protect forms from misuse. The website works without any advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting and tax purposes. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent to newsletters, by emailing info@bytewell.lk. Records we must keep by law, such as invoices, cannot be deleted early.
