These terms apply to purchases from BYTEWELL.LK. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products and prices
- All prices are in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR). Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
- We take care to show correct prices, specifications and photos. Product photos are for illustration; packaging and colours may vary slightly.
- If a price or detail is clearly wrong, or an item is no longer available, we will contact you before processing your order. You can then continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Orders
- After you place an order you receive an order number and confirmation email. We then confirm availability and delivery with you.
- Your order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a payment cannot be verified; any payment made is refunded in full.
- Quantities may be limited per customer.
Payment
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, such as cash on delivery and online card payment.
- An order is marked as paid only after the payment provider confirms the payment.
- For cash on delivery, please have the exact amount ready. We may ask for a part payment in advance for high-value orders.

Your account
Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Sri Lankan consumer law. We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably foresee, or for data lost from devices – please keep backups.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
